Vipers Bugloss is a small biennal found in lowlands, dry river beds and high country. Hauora Honey sources its Blue Borage Honey from wide open river valleys in the lower South Island. The honey is a light pinkish brown colour, floral on the nose with a dusty rose oil characteristic. The flavour of the honey is clean, mildly herbal with lemon and floral characteristics.
